I didn't try any fabulous new recipes this past week. I was too busy eating my leftover pizza, and then getting back to my regular meal plan, but I'm hoping to try something new this week so I can report back next Monday.
This has been another interesting week, and one which has tested me again, to stay on track when I'm out and about, and when I'm just living a normal life. I am trying to make my new way of eating a lifestyle change, so I want to be able to occasionally have a treat, like the yummy pizza I made for the Fantastic Bake Along over the weekend, without feeling guilty, or falling back into old habits.
Today was weigh in day, and I'm happy to say I was down 2.8 pounds this morning! I passed two targets this week, 10% of my starting weight, and 30 pounds! I've now lost a total of 30.7 pounds. I still have a long way to go, but I'm still feeling motivated.
Last week I had very little loss, which was not unexpected since I had eaten out several times, and even though I had made healthy choices, I was not completely in control of the ingredients, so I'm sure I probably miscalculated some of the dishes. This week I've lost
Yesterday was a holiday here in Canada, so I forgot to post my usual weekly update. Instead I took the whole day off, just for some me time, and it was worth every second.
