Fangs for the Memories is book 3 in Jo-Ann Carson’s Fangsters series about a boarding school for delinquent vampires, and was a great entry in the series.
The author does a decent job of introducing previous characters so that a reader could read this as a standalone novel, but there is a bit of an overarching story so I would recommend beginning with book one.
After a powerful ring is stolen from one of the Fangsters students, it’s not only Fangsters that is at stake if the ring isn’t recovered. Once again Rebel has a limited window of time in which to solve a murder and the mystery surrounding it..
I really enjoyed this entry in the Fangsters series. Rebel appears to be growing up a bit. She may be letting go of some of her resentment toward her former boyfriend, and she finally appears to have made a choice regarding her love life.
I found Fangs for the Memories to be an exciting read, and it has me hoping for more. I’m especially anxious to find out Rebel’s big secret.
