My Weight Loss Journey – Week 18

Last week I bought a Fitbit to help get me motivated to move more, and it has been a fun week…well, when it wasn’t raining. Truffles (my Yorkie) and I went for walks nearly every day last week, including one day when we got caught in a thunderstorm, and he refused to walk any farther so I had to carry him home.

My Weight Loss Journey – Week 16

This has been another interesting week, and one which has tested me again, to stay on track when I’m out and about, and when I’m just living a normal life. I am trying to make my new way of eating a lifestyle change, so I want to be able to occasionally have a treat, like the yummy pizza I made for the Fantastic Bake Along over the weekend, without feeling guilty, or falling back into old habits.

Eating on the Road

Since beginning my weight loss journey almost eleven weeks ago, I haven’t really faced any challenges that threatened my new resolve to make healthier food choices. I haven’t eaten out, or been away from home for a meal since starting Weight Watchers, so it’s been easy to stay on track.
