I’m having a hard time getting back into the regular blogging since returning from my trip. Partly because I just don’t seem very motivated to write, and partly because my computer has been acting up. It takes forever to start up, and makes me not want to even turn it on. I have been using my iPad but I find it is not as nice for editing photos before I post them, and I can’t type as accurately on it, which annoys me.
Sadly, no yummy recipes again this week, and I’m super late posting my progress this week. My weigh in day was Monday, and it went well. I lost another 1.1 pounds, bringing me to a total of 96.1 pounds lost. My goal now is to try to keep making healthy choices for myself for the next two weeks while I’m on vacation and not in control of making all of my meals. This will be the true test to see if my resolve to make this a lifestyle change sticks.
I’m almost two days late posting this week because I’m busy getting things ready for my trip at the end of next week. Between running around to pick up things for me, and Truffles (for his stay with friends), and trying to get my work completed, there just aren’t enough hours in a day! And I was disappointed that I didn’t get posting on time because I have awesome news this week!
Yay! I have a recipe to share with you this week! No, it’s not for the salmon patties from last week, I haven’t had a chance to perfect them yet, but I hope you won’t be disappointed with this recipe.
This week’s update is another short one, and late as well. At least I have good news to report! I lost 2.1 pounds this week for a total of 72.7 pounds! My clothes are starting to get quite loose now, but I’m trying to hold off on buying new ones for as long as possible, since I still have a ways to go until Inreach my goal.
