It’s so hard when talking about a weight loss journey to keep posts somewhat fresh, especially if nothing particularly special happened during the week, besides just trying to continue to stay on track. That was how week 2 went. Nothing special. Just tracking, and being aware of what I was eating, and trying to get enough rest, because that’s something I’ve been bad at recently as well.
For transparency, I want you all to know that by the time I post, my progress will usually be at least one week, possibly two weeks behind. I learned in my previous journey that it was very stressful for me to stay on top of writing and posting on my weigh in days. When it comes to blogging my progress, I’ve decided that even if the post is a week or two late, then that’s fine, the important thing is to keep reporting so that it helps me stay on track.
Now down to the nitty gritty, week 2 has been another success. When I weighed in on Monday, I was down to 235.9 lbs, down 9.1 lbs in total since restarting my journey. A win for this week!
