This week’s update will be short and sweet since I’m on day two of a migraine.
I had a fantastic week loss wise, with 4.4 pounds to my my total 25.7 pounds so far! I am proud of myself for not taking the opportunities I had this week to indulge in not so great for me foods. Instead, I stuck to my decision to eat better and it paid off.
This week I’ll be facing a few more challenges to my self-control, as I’m pretty sure I’ll be eating a few meals out. I guess time will tell how well I do.
Unfortunately I don’t have any fantastic recipes or anything to share today, but hopefully I’ll be feeling better and can post something later this week. For now, it’s back to bed for me, to hopefully sleep this off.

Hate migraines! I’ve vowed to get back into my exercise routine. I’ve gotten so out of shape. My easy videos are now my hard videos! LOL I worked out today and I told myself I’ll work out all week. ๐ Keep up the good work.

I am still having a hard time setting up a workout schedule, but I’m getting there! I haven’t had as many migraines since I’ve been going for regular massages, but I think this one was weather related, it hit quite suddenly.
