I’m so happy to be able to report that I had another fantastic week, and that I’ve passed a huge milestone in my weight loss journey! For the last few weeks, I’ve been moving closer and closer to passing the halfway mark on my journey, and this week I finally did it!

My Weight Loss Journey – Week 31
I was browsing around on Facebook Sunday and I saw a delicious looking recipe for chicken breast with Parmesan cheese and paprika. Of course, I didn’t think to save the recipe, so when I was trying to think of something a little different for dinner last night, I thought I would attempt to make my own version, and here it is…it’s super simple, I promise.
My Weight Loss Journey – Week 30
Wow! I can hardly believe it’s been 30 weeks since I decided to take the plunge and join Weight Watchers to try to lose some weight and get back to being healthy again! I wasn’t sure where I would be at this point in my journey, or even if I would be able to stick with it this long, but I’m happy to say, I’m almost halfway to my goal, and still going strong!

Tracy at It’s a T-Sweets Day! has asked me to contribute a recipe this month for the Fantastic Bake Along so I wracked my brain trying to think of something, and finally came up with this recipe for oatmeal chocolate chip cookies which my grandma used to make when I was a kid. (That was a long, long, time ago for those wondering.) I haven’t made this recipe in years (and have only actually attempted it once or twice), but it has been on my mind lately, since I’ve been thinking about her.
