It’s that time of the month again! Fantastic Bake Along time! The Fantastic Bake Along is organized by Tracy at It’s a T-Sweets Day!, and is open for anyone to join. This month I was privileged to have been given the opportunity to choose the recipe for the Bake Along, and I chose a long time favourite recipe for shortbread cookies.

Fantastic Bake Along – Maple Nut Scones
Hello everyone! I’m back for another Fantastic Bake Along post! I’ve really been missing blogging over the past month, but I have been so busy with work that when I have had down time, the last thing I wanted to do was turn on my computer and write. I hope things slow down a bit soon…at least to the point that I’m not working after hours, and on weekends to stay caught up. But that’s enough of that, on to the real purpose for this post!
Fantastic Bake Along – Rosemary Muffins
I am happy to finally get posting my entry to the Fantastic Bake Along – Rosemary Muffins, hosted by Tracy at It’s a T-Sweets Day. This month’s recipe was chosen by Brenna at Crochet539 and the full recipe can be found at Taste of Home. When I first saw the photos of this week’s bake along recipe, I was excited to make some muffins. My excitement only grew once I realized the muffins were savoury, and contained two of my favourite ingredients…black olives, and goat cheese. Yum!
Recipes – Earl Grey Loaf
I found this recipe book on sale a few years ago, and being the lover of tea that I am I just had to have it. The problem is, that I have never actually made anything out of it, so the other day when I came across it on my bookshelf, I decided it was time to change that. I browsed through it and came across this recipe for Earl Grey Loaf. Now Earl Grey tea is one of my favourite teas, so this decision was a no-brainer.
Fantastic Bake Along – Gingersnaps
Once again I have joined Tracy at It’s a T-Sweets Day! for her Fantastic Bake Along (although I’m a bit late getting my baking done and posted). This month, Rebecca at Twinklehook chose the recipe and she chose one of my favourites. Great job Rebecca!
